Description
The Assistant Manager role at Monro is a full-time, hourly position responsible for assisting in managing the operations of an automotive retail service and repair store. This includes optimizing technician abilities, achieving sales goals, handling guest needs and complaints, building customer relationships, assisting with inventory, ensuring store cleanliness, providing direction to technicians, and understanding company policies and governmental standards. The Assistant Manager also performs Store Manager functions when necessary.
