Description
The Assistant Manager supports the site manager at De Heerenduinen’s swimming pool, taking over duties when the manager is absent and working hands-on with the team. The role covers staffing and scheduling, product innovation, employee communication, decision-making, and contributing to financial and social results. It is a full-time 36-hour contract with a maximum salary of €4,037 based on 36 hours, plus holiday allowance, pension, development time, swimming benefits, and health insurance. Applicants need an MBO level 4 diploma, swimming-instructor certification, swimming-pool safety knowledge, supervisory experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.
