Massage Envy is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager with day-to-day location operations, drive sales goals, build and develop teams, motivate employees, and provide an excellent customer experience. The role requires sales and customer service experience in a retail setting, staff training experience, administrative and back-office skills, and preferably spa or retail management experience. The position offers hourly compensation of $19–$22 plus commission, medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, retirement benefits, employee discounts, referral bonuses, and monthly free massage or skincare services.
