Description
Massage Envy is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager with day-to-day location operations, drive sales goals, build and develop teams, motivate employees, and provide an excellent customer experience. The role requires sales and customer service experience in a retail setting, staff training experience, administrative and back-office skills, and preferably spa or retail management experience. Compensation is $18.00–$20.00 per hour depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities, medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement, and other employee benefits.
