Description
Massage Envy is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager with day-to-day location operations, drive sales goals, build and develop teams, motivate employees, and provide an excellent customer experience. The role requires sales and customer service experience in a retail setting, staff training experience, administrative and back-office skills, and preferably spa or retail management experience. Compensation is $19–$22 per hour plus commission opportunities, with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement, referral bonuses, product discounts, and free massage or skincare services.
