Petco is hiring an Assistant Manager for a Pet Care Center to support the General Manager, lead store partners, care for animals, deliver customer service, and drive sales and operational performance. The role includes coaching, hiring support, inventory and merchandising, escalated customer resolution, and stepping into leadership when the General Manager is absent. It requires at least two years of retail experience, including supervisory or management experience, and is primarily performed on the sales floor in a retail environment. The position is full-time and pays $25.50 to $39.50 per hour.
