Playa Bowls is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, including food quality and safety, inventory, staffing, customer service, employee training, compliance, purchasing, and occasional food preparation or service. The role requires supervisory or managerial experience, a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, at least 30 hours per week, weekend availability, and ServSafe certification within three months of employment.
