Description
The Retail Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager with store operations, including sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory management, safety, loss prevention, payroll and scheduling, and employee training. The role requires at least two years of management or supervisory experience, retail or customer-service experience, knowledge of inventory and merchandising, leadership and training abilities, Microsoft Office and POS proficiency, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
