Description
The Assistant Manager will support a recreation park in Gullegem by working hands-on at reception, dining, and the kitchen; training and motivating staff; handling administration, cash register operations, stock ordering, and scheduling; and developing promotions and events. The role requires supervisor experience in hospitality or retail, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, Dutch language skills, and availability for evenings, early shifts, and weekends. It is a full-time position of 38 hours per week with a salary, meal vouchers, and food and drink discounts.
