Ross is hiring an Assistant Manager to supervise store operations, lead Associates in the Store Manager’s absence, manage scheduling and payroll administration, support recruiting and training, control expenses, maintain safety and loss-prevention standards, deliver customer service, and ensure merchandise processing and presentation. The role requires at least two years of retail Store or Assistant Store Manager experience, English fluency, availability for evenings and weekends, basic retail math, and the ability to perform substantial standing, walking, lifting, and other physical duties.
