The Tile Shop is hiring a Sales Manager to build and develop a team of Sales Associates, train and coach employees, greet customers, sell tile and related products, track sales goals, maintain inventory accuracy, develop schedules, and support store and warehouse operations. The role requires weekend availability, at least one year of retail management experience, previous sales experience, and the ability to motivate a sales team. First-year income is expected at $60,000–$75,000 at target, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
