Topdrawer is hiring an Assistant Manager to serve as the Store Manager’s right hand and a key driver of store performance. The role combines customer experience, team leadership, store operations, merchandising, sales, KPIs, and financial results, with responsibilities including acting as Manager-on-Duty, coaching staff, overseeing inventory and cash handling, and supporting hiring and training.
