Description
Visionworks is hiring a full-time Optical Supervisor/Assistant Manager to lead the store in the absence of the General Manager, support store profitability and sales goals, manage patient and customer traffic, coordinate doctor appointments and eyewear services, and coach and develop associates. The role requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience and 1–5 years of supervisory experience. Compensation is $16.28–$21.58 per hour, with medical and dental coverage for full-time employees and other benefits.
