Description
The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in restaurant operations, develops team members, drives sales, maintains food safety standards, and creates a positive customer experience. The role requires at least six months of restaurant industry experience, preferably in a supervisory or shift-lead capacity, along with knowledge of food safety, operations, and P&L management, plus experience recruiting, interviewing, training, and managing performance.
