Description
The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in restaurant operations, develops team members, maintains food safety and quality standards, drives sales, and creates a positive customer-focused work environment. The role requires at least six months of restaurant industry experience, preferably in a supervisory or shift-lead capacity, along with knowledge of food safety, operations, P&L management, recruiting, training, and performance management.
