Description
The Restaurant Assistant Manager supports Wendy’s restaurant operations by training and coaching employees, enforcing food safety and sanitation procedures, leading customer service and sales initiatives, managing labor scheduling, analyzing performance, resolving customer complaints, and executing marketing and operational plans. The role requires at least one year of full-time equivalent supervisory experience, one year or more of restaurant, retail, customer service, or equivalent experience, ServSafe certification, and availability for a flexible 50-hour work week.
