The role supports the store manager by coordinating planning, training, and leadership across sales, cost, employee retention, guest service, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation. Responsibilities include assisting with guest service and order preparation, cash and credit handling, employee counseling, scheduling, inventory and chicken counts, equipment and temperature checks, delivery receiving, cleaning, and supervising shift leaders and crew.
