The role supports the store manager by coordinating planning, training, and leadership across sales, cost, employee retention, guest service, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation. Responsibilities include overseeing guest service and order preparation, cash and credit handling, employee assessments, cleaning and damage accountability, scheduling, deliveries, equipment and temperature checks, inventory and chicken counts, shift-leader supervision, customer complaints, and maintaining QSC standards.
