Sizzling Platter LLC is hiring a full-time or part-time Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations at 1821 S. San Jacinto Ave, San Jacinto, California. The role leads shifts, coaches crew members, delivers guest service, supports hiring and training, monitors food quality and safety, handles opening and closing procedures, manages inventory, and steps into front-of-house and back-of-house operations as needed. The position pays $22 per hour, is non-exempt and eligible for overtime, and may include medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k), paid time off, and professional development.
