Sizzling Platter LLC is hiring a full-time or part-time Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations at 3240 Wilkinson Blvd, Charlotte, North Carolina. The role leads shifts, coaches crew and shift leads, delivers guest service, assists with hiring and training, monitors food quality and safety, handles opening and closing procedures, manages inventory and ordering, and steps into front-of-house and back-of-house operations as needed. The position pays $15–$18 per hour, offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, and includes a 401(k) retirement plan and paid time off where applicable.
