Sizzling Platter LLC is hiring a full-time or part-time Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations at 1936 Skibo Rd, Fayetteville, North Carolina. The role leads shifts, coaches crew members, delivers guest service, supports hiring and training, monitors food quality and safety, handles opening and closing procedures, manages inventory, and steps into front-of-house and back-of-house operations as needed.
