Sizzling Platter LLC is hiring a full-time or part-time Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations at 15477 Excelsior Drive, Bowie, Maryland. The role leads shifts, coaches crew members, delivers guest service, supports hiring and training, maintains food quality and safety standards, handles opening and closing procedures, monitors inventory, and steps into front-of-house and back-of-house operations as needed.
