Sizzling Platter LLC is hiring a full-time or part-time Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations at 8334 Pineville-Matthews Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina. The role leads shifts, coaches crew members, delivers guest service, supports hiring and training, monitors food quality and safety, handles opening and closing procedures, manages inventory, and performs front-of-house and back-of-house work as needed. Compensation is $12–$16 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits subject to eligibility.
