Sizzling Platter LLC is hiring a full-time or part-time Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations at 6609 Monroe Road, Charlotte, North Carolina. The role leads shifts, coaches crew members, delivers guest service, assists with hiring and training, monitors food quality and safety, handles opening and closing procedures, manages inventory, and steps into front-of-house and back-of-house operations as needed.
