Wonder is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day restaurant operations at its Upper Marlboro location. The role manages staff development and recruitment, operational goals and budgets, floor staffing, sales and service efficiency, inventory, food safety, team safety, and customer service. Candidates need at least two years of restaurant supervisor or management experience, the ability to lead teams of 15 or more, and availability for night and weekend shifts.
