The role manages staff development and recruitment, operational goals and budgets, floor staffing, sales and service efficiency, inventory, food safety, team safety, and customer service. Candidates need at least two years of restaurant supervisor or management experience in a high-volume quick-service or full-service restaurant, the ability to manage teams of 15 or more, and availability for night and weekend shifts. The position pays $62,000 to $71,500 per year and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance plus other benefits.
