Wonder is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day restaurant operations at its Drexel Hill location. The role manages staff development and recruitment, operational goals and budgets, floor staffing, sales and service efficiency, inventory, food safety, team safety, and customer service. Candidates need at least two years of restaurant supervisor or management experience, the ability to manage 15+ team members, night and weekend availability, and a Food Manager Certificate. The salary range is $62,000 to $71,500 per year, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, HSA matching, learning opportunities, employee stock, and an employee discount.
