Uxbridge College is hiring an Assistant Manager / Catering Supervisor to support the Catering Manager and Chef in running a busy catering operation. The role covers staff recruitment and performance management, compliance and food safety training, customer service, client relationships, equipment and cleaning maintenance, and team leadership. It pays £14.00 per hour for 35 hours per week during term time, Monday to Friday, for 38 weeks per year. Previous catering or catering-management experience, food and catering knowledge, customer service and communication skills, commercial awareness, and food safety knowledge are preferred.
