Description
The Assistant Manager supports the store manager in a large retail organization across the Amsterdam region, leading a large team, assigning tasks, monitoring shop-floor performance, supporting colleagues, reviewing schedules and commercial objectives, and helping achieve store results. The role offers a gross monthly salary of €2,600–€3,200, opportunities to progress to store or branch manager, an extensive onboarding program, and work within a national retail organization. Candidates need retail leadership experience, proactive organization, team leadership and motivation skills, availability in the Amsterdam region, and fluent Dutch; education levels include secondary school, MBO, HBO, or university.
