Odido is hiring a part-time Assistant Manager in Vlissingen to coach sales advisors, support the store manager, maintain commercial performance and hospitality, manage peak-period operations, and participate in an internal leadership program. The role requires higher professional education, strong communication and coaching skills, and a proactive commercial attitude; relevant management experience is an advantage. Working hours are agreed with the store and may include daytime, evening, and weekend work, with a gross monthly salary of €2,542 to €2,983 and additional benefits.
