Action is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager in the Assen region to support the store manager with daily store operations, scheduling, deliveries, stocking, team guidance, customer assistance, and performance monitoring. The role includes an eight-week onboarding program, training through the Action Academy, and opportunities to advance toward store manager. No minimum education is required, but leadership or retail experience is advantageous; applicants need a driver’s license, their own transportation, the ability to work within a 40 km radius of Assen, and fluent Dutch. The gross monthly salary is €2,600–€3,200, with a 15% employee discount and a direct employment contract.
