Action is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager in the Leeuwarden region to support the store manager with daily store operations, scheduling, product presentation, deliveries, shop-floor guidance, customer assistance, and team organization. The role includes an eight-week onboarding program, training through the Action Academy, and opportunities to progress toward store manager. No minimum education is required, while leadership or retail experience, a driver’s license, own transportation, and fluent Dutch are requested. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €2,600–€3,200, a 15% employee discount, and a contract directly with Action.
