Action is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager in the Ommen region to support the store manager with daily store operations, scheduling, product presentation, deliveries, team guidance, customer assistance, and performance monitoring. The role includes an eight-week onboarding program, opportunities to advance to store manager, and a gross monthly salary of €2,600–€3,200. No minimum education is required, while leadership or retail experience, a driver's license, own transportation, and fluent Dutch are requested or advantageous.
