Action is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager in Leek to coordinate daily store operations with the store manager, assign tasks, guide colleagues, process deliveries, organize new products, support customers, and maintain an efficient and organized retail environment. The role includes an eight-week onboarding program, training through the Action Academy, and opportunities to advance toward store manager. No minimum education is required, but leadership or retail experience is advantageous and fluent Dutch is required. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €2,600–€3,200, a contract with Action, a 15% employee discount, and work hours of 32–38 per week.
