Action is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager in Velp to support the store manager by organizing daily store activities, assigning tasks, checking stock, assisting customers, processing deliveries, and guiding colleagues. The role includes an eight-week onboarding program, training through the Action Academy, and opportunities to advance toward store manager. No minimum education is required, but leadership or retail experience is advantageous; applicants need a driver’s license, their own transportation, and fluent Dutch. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €2,600–€3,200, a 15% employee discount, and a direct contract with Action.
