The Assistant Manager - Banquets assists the Banquet Manager in running an assigned outlet as an independent profit centre, supporting Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards. The role manages employee, guest, and owner expectations, maintains guest satisfaction, operates within budget, and contributes to the financial success of the banquet operation. The posting seeks candidates with a relevant hospitality, restaurant-management degree, apprenticeship, or diploma, plus at least two years of experience as an Assistant Outlet Manager or Team Leader/Captain in a hotel or large restaurant.
