The Assistant Eyeglass Manager oversees daily store operations, including personnel management, inventory control, sales and profit performance, eyeglass department efficiency, customer service, quality standards, promotions, visual merchandising, and reporting. The role supervises opticians, CL sales associates, and receptionists in some stores, assists with staffing and recruiting, and requires fluency in English and Spanish, optical sales experience, and strong leadership and organizational skills.
