Description
The Assistant Manager supports the store manager on the sales floor in Boisbriand, leading and motivating the team, maintaining service standards, contributing to sales targets, and assisting with store operations such as opening and closing, scheduling, merchandising, and visual presentation. The role also assumes responsibility for the store when the manager is absent. Candidates should have management and sales experience, strong communication and leadership skills, customer-service orientation, teamwork, conflict-resolution ability, and strong priority management.
