Description
The Specialty Retail Manager will represent HUGO BOSS in the marketplace by delivering exceptional customer service, showcasing merchandise, driving sales, managing profit and loss and inventory, developing staff, recruiting candidates, and maintaining health and safety standards. The role requires 1–2 years of specialty retail management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, business acumen, and knowledge of HUGO BOSS products; a BS college degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Compensation includes base pay plus commission, health and wellness benefits, earned vacation and sick time, company-paid holidays, and an employee discount.
