Waters is hiring a Business Analytics Engineer to join its Business Analytics and Process Automation team. The role focuses on developing integrated analytics solutions, building and optimizing Power BI data models, creating Power Apps and Power Automate workflows, designing Python-based data automation pipelines, performing ETL from enterprise systems, and delivering scalable reporting and data solutions. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 4–5 years of experience in data analytics or analytics engineering, along with advanced Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Excel, Power Query, Python, SQL, and data architecture expertise. The primary work location is Gurgaon, India.
