E Source is hiring an Assistant Manager, Business Development to grow its Grid Engineering & Interconnection practice across North America. The role focuses on prospecting utilities, developers, EPC firms, ISOs/RTOs, and other power-industry customers; developing consultative sales opportunities; coordinating technical proposals and pricing; driving bookings and revenue; and managing strategic accounts and marketing. It requires 2–5+ years of technical sales or engineering consulting experience, approximately 25–35% travel throughout the United States and Canada, and offers a fully remote arrangement with a budgeted salary of $100,000–$120,000 USD plus an annual bonus.
