Description
The Assistant Candy Store Manager supports the Candy Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations, customer service, staff development, inventory, merchandising, and store appearance. The role acts as an acting manager when needed, represents the company at local Siouxland events, and occasionally travels to food shows. It requires at least three years of retail managerial experience, strong communication and organizational skills, Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency, and a valid driver's license. The position involves daytime scheduling, including rotating Saturdays and Sundays in December, and requires physical work such as lifting up to 30–40 pounds.
