Description
The Assistant Manager – Cash Management Services oversees cash management center operations in Abu Dhabi and serves as second in command to the Operations Manager. The role supports planning, budgeting, customer and audit relationships, reporting, staff recruitment and supervision, cash-center systems and automation, KPI analysis, operational efficiency, risk reduction, and continuous 24/7 coverage across Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and the Western Region. Candidates must be Emirati with a Family Book and have 5–8 years of experience in cash management center and banking operations, including large-volume cash handling, ATM operations, investigations, security measures, and team management.
