Monro is hiring a full-time, hourly Assistant Manager to help operate an automotive retail service and repair store. The role serves as a key holder and manager on duty when the Store Manager is absent or business demand requires it, supports service standards and profitability goals, and ensures teammates provide five-star customer service through clear communication of vehicle issues and proposed solutions while meeting time and quality expectations.
