The role includes coaching and training a retail sales team, achieving sales and service goals, managing store execution and costs, supporting community engagement, and acting as Floor Leader. It requires at least two years of sales-team management experience in retail or services, strong customer service, communication, organization, planning, conflict-management, and adaptability skills, plus the ability to perform physical store duties.
