The role includes guest service, team development, limited administrative work, equipment checks, facility maintenance, and hands-on operation of car wash equipment. It requires at least two years of leadership experience, physical ability to work outdoors for extended periods, and availability for evenings and weekends; mechanical inclination and restaurant management experience are preferred.
