Description
HSBC is hiring a Trade Client Services Specialist to own and process transactions for premium and standard trade clients, resolve trade enquiries and discrepancies, support onboarding and payment instructions, monitor exports and dispatches, coordinate with internal teams, and build client relationships. The role requires a graduate or postgraduate qualification, 5–6 years of operations and client servicing experience, knowledge of trade finance, ICC rules, FEMA and RBI guidelines, and preferably CDCS; familiarity with AI-enabled tools is an advantage.
