Monro is hiring a full-time, hourly Assistant Manager to support operations at an automotive retail service and repair store. The role serves as a key holder and manager on duty when the Store Manager is absent or business demand requires it, while helping achieve service, performance, and profitability goals. The Assistant Manager also ensures teammates provide exceptional customer service by clearly communicating vehicle issues and proposed solutions and meeting customer expectations for timing and quality.
