Description
The Data Platform Support Engineer will provide technical support, maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization for AIA’s Group Application Data Platform, including big-data cloud technologies, ETL tools, data repositories, databases, and data pipelines. The role also manages a team of data-platform support agents, ensures SLA compliance, develops diagnostic tools, and resolves production issues. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in IT or a relevant discipline, at least five years of database-platform support experience, Azure big-data cloud experience, and practical experience with Python, Java, Scala, SQL, relational databases, Hadoop-related technologies, and PowerBI or Alteryx.
