Harkins Theatres is seeking an Assistant Manager to support senior and general managers in operating a movie theatre, supervise team members and team leaders, oversee guest services, enforce company policies, assist with inventory and deliveries, and maintain film presentation standards. The role requires strong guest service, Microsoft Office proficiency, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, English communication skills, and preferably at least one year of management experience and movie theatre experience.
